Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, we regret that we can’t offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice or proof of purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products/downloads

  • Pierced earrings (due to hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Partial Refunds May Be Granted (If Applicable)

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage not caused by us

  • Returns initiated after 30 days of delivery

  • Items not in original packaging or with missing components


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item:

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the return.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

  • Return items to:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, return shipping will be deducted from the total amount.

  • For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost returns.
